NP/PA Float Provider (Outpatient)
HealthPlus Staffing is assisting an outpatient Primary Care clinic with their search for a NP or PA to join their team in Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs & San Jacinto, CA.
Location: Palm Springs, Desert Hot Springs & San Jacinto, CA (On-site)
Compensation: $168,000-$178,000/yr + 10k travel stipend 10k new hire bonus for 5 days 8 hours a week
Schedule: Full-time
Requirements
- Active CA NP or PA license
- DEA + BLS required
- Minimum 1 year experience
- NP: ANCC/AANP certified
- PA: NCCPA certified
- Must have valid driver's license & ability to travel between clinic sites
- EMR experience (Epic preferred)
Responsibilities
- Float between local outpatient clinic sites
- Provide primary care exams, diagnose, treat, prescribe
- Order/interpret labs & diagnostics
- Document accurately in EMR
- Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff
- Support multiple locations as needed
