Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through on‑site engagement, community events, and consistent follow‑up. Customer Experience: Deliver a high‑touch, hospitality‑driven experience while guiding prospects through the home buying journey. Closing & Execution: Confidently ask for the sale, overcome objections, and move prospects from interest to close. CRM & Follow‑Up: Leverage CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to track leads, manage communication, and ensure consistent follow‑through. Team Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally with community managers, marketing, and leadership to align efforts and achieve sales goals.
