Job Description Job Description Receptionist / Client Services Coordinator Parkside CPAs and Consultants, LLP is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist / Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced professional office environment and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and assist with client communications. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office correspondence. Assist with administrative tasks, filing, scanning, and document organization. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Support our accounting team with various administrative projects as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
