What You'll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal care to critically ill and premature newborns within the NICU
• Collaborate with Neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide administration, and brain cooling procedures
• Support families through compassionate communication and education
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatments
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Support new pediatric protocols and innovations in neonatal care

What You Need:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
• Minimum 2+ years of recent NNP experience
• Active Georgia state license or eligibility
• Strong clinical skills in NICU care, high-frequency ventilation, and critical neonatal procedures

• Experience with high-acuity neonatal patients
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
