Our organization is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterologist to become part of our dedicated team. We offer outpatient procedural and clinic services across St. Paul, Woodbury, Anoka, and Western Wisconsin. Each physician will have a primary location but may also provide coverage at secondary sites on an occasional basis. Additionally, our team ensures 24/7 inpatient coverage at Regions Hospital located in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Position Highlights- Full-Time Commitment: 1.0 FTE, requiring 4.5 working days each week.
- Required Skills: Candidates should possess experience in EUS and ERCP, along with an interest and proficiency in advanced techniques such as BarrX, single balloon colonoscopy, Axios stenting, and/or EMRs.
- Advanced Endoscopy Coverage: Participate in advanced endoscopy services at a designated hospital site. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, Gastroenterology team members, administrative staff, and clinical personnel at outpatient procedure centers. Clinicians will cover the advanced endoscopy service every fourth week and will also be on call one weekend each month.
- Inpatient General Gastroenterology: Engage in the inpatient general gastroenterology service for 3-4 weeks annually, supported by medical students, residents, University of Minnesota GI Fellows, and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Procedure Locations: Conduct screening and diagnostic procedures primarily at our St. Paul, Woodbury, and Anoka facilities.
- Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Epic is advantageous; candidates with licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin are preferred.

CompensationThe annual salary range for this position is $499,990.40 - $775,008.00 .
Compensation Statement: Salary is determined based on the role's requirements and level. Pay may also be influenced by education, experience, skills, location, and internal equity. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
