Project Management Assistant (Student)

POSITION SUMMARY: Assist Program Management Office (PMO) personnel execute project charters. Assist PMO staff with administrative and back office duties.

*Bob Jones University students only*

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist PMO staff by fulfilling administrative assistant duties in the office and meetings
Communicate with other teams both orally and written about projects
Organize and maintain a schedule
Interface with project sponsors and stakeholders
Document meeting notes and customer requirements
Other duties as assigned

JOB SKILLS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Experience with MS Project and OneNote a plus but not required
Strong writing skills
Good verbal communication
Willingness to learn
