Software Services Analyst

Job Overview Sweetwater, the nation's number one online retailer of music instruments and pro audio gear, is seeking to add a Software Services Analyst to our growing IT team! In this role as a Software Services Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams to support our vendor onboarding and management process. This role will combine project management and budgeting experience with a focus on IT software and cloud expenditures. Additionally, you will be responsible for software maintenance and license assignment, ensuring that software requests from the company are addressed and resolved in a timely manner and that software needs from all departments across the organization are appropriately met. You will partner with cross‑department teams that consume cloud resources to ensure that those resources are being monitored and optimized to provide maximum utilization of the company's cloud spend. Relocation to our state‑of‑the‑art campus in Fort Wayne, IN is required.
