Own Retail Operations: You’re an expert in day‑to‑day store operations from pricing to shipment processing to inventory and everything in between, ensuring the store runs like a tightly laced sneaker. You’ll leverage store standards, keeping all our styles easily shoppable, and make staffing decisions that balance associate availability, peak times, and seasonal demands to deliver exceptional service. Has 1‑5 years of retail store management experience; specialty retail preferred. Builds constructive and effective relationships within store teams. Demonstrates an ability to set objectives and goals and organize work to meet and exceed them. Displays ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with associates at all levels. Exhibits ability to train, coach and develop associates. Exercises independent judgment and discretion, partnering with Territory Sales Manager as needed. Displays cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis. Demonstrates expertise and proven ability to lead general retail practices and procedures. Can work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours. Has basic computer skills. Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques. Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
