Accounting/Office Generalist

Location Louisville, KY, United States of America Company Krauth Electric Company and IRD, LLC are dynamic industrial suppliers and global manufacturers. The role is within a multi‑company environment comprising a service‑based and a manufacturing business. Compensation Pay range $55,000 to $65,000 per year. Signing and retention bonuses commensurate with level of experience. Responsibilities Process and provide data via an ERP system, including financial data, WIP processing, manufacturing inventory control, service/repair orders, and a privately held structure. Assist with HR functions and perform various tasks typical of a small company. Qualifications Minimum associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred, AS degree or comparable experience considered. Minimum three years of accounting experience. Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and accounting software experience, Microsoft Dynamics NAV helpful; human resource background a definite plus; excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; small company experience with wide variety of tasks; excellent time management skills; dependable.
