HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: Check in drivers, assign daily routes, and address any questions Monitor driver routes, tracking time, check-ins, rerouting, and completion Communicate with drivers using tools like GPS and phones, adhering to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) Document activities using both manual and electronic systems Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations Interact courteously and professionally with clients Provide initial support to drivers during incidents, escalating issues as needed Ensure drivers submit accurate daily logs, complete DVIRs, report maintenance issues, and follow other required procedures REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience dispatching in the transportation industry DRIVING REQUIREMENT: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required PAY RATE: Hotard Shuttle offers an hourly rate starting at $22 per hour based on experience.
