The ideal candidate will have basic carpentry experience, their own tools, and the ability to work efficiently while following direction from the on-site supervisor.Job Duties:Build and assemble wooden boxes and signage structures.Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed.Safely operate basic hand and power tools.Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.Experience Requirements:Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required.Basic carpentry or general construction experience.Must have your own carpentry tools.Ability to read a tape measure and make accurate cuts.Comfortable working on an active construction site.Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Carpentry Associate.Physical Capabilities:Physical requirements vary by assignment and will be discussed during the hiring process.
