Overview:

Role Description:

Solution Design: Architect scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Integration Management: Lead integrations across enterprise systems and platforms.
Data Architecture: Oversee data modeling, migration, quality, governance, and backup strategies.
Performance Optimization: Conduct system performance analysis and ensure optimal efficiency.
Best Practices: Define and enforce Salesforce development, configuration, and governance standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, mentor developers/architects, and drive knowledge sharing.
Innovation: Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
Security & Compliance: Ensure data security, compliance, and governance standards are consistently met.
Technical Documentation: Develop technical diagrams, playbooks, and solution documentation.
Troubleshooting & Delivery: Guide teams in resolving production issues and drive project delivery to success.

Essential Skills:

Salesforce Architect-level certifications (mandatory).
Proven expertise in Financial Services Cloud ; accredited professional certification preferred.
Hands-on experience with Agentforce (preferred).
Strong experience in Salesforce org merges, integration design, and data quality/migration strategies .
Expertise in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Salesforce.com integrations across multiple systems.
Proficiency in Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Apex, Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, VisualForce, API/Web Services, AppExchange deployment .
Strong deployment knowledge including Flex, Salesforce s-controls, Workflow, Approval Processes, and Alerts .
Programming skills: Java, JavaScript, XML, J2EE, SQL, Oracle, HTML .
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions from scratch.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills for executive workshops, stakeholder alignment, and IT/business collaboration .
