Unit Coordinator

Description The Night Coordinator closes the store and assists the manager in running the shift, which runs from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. This entry‑level leadership position offers an opportunity for promotion to shift manager. Responsibilities Night Coordinators help lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. They perform a variety of tasks including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to maintain standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the Manager to help prepare for a great shift. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast‑paced work environment. Must be 18 years or older to be eligible for a manager position.
