Director, Customer and Business Operations - Audio Tech

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Customer and Business Operations - Audio Tech to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. In this role, you will lead the operational design and execution behind the customer and business support experience for a consumer audio technology organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable processes, strengthen the technology stack, and ensure seamless delivery from contracting through ongoing support. This position is ideal for a hands-on operations leader who can connect strategy, project management, and customer-facing execution in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Location: Framingham, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $205,300 – $282,250 annually Responsibilities Lead the design and buildout of business operations and the supporting technology stack. Develop customer-facing processes from contracting through support. Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and execution. Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and provide updates. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management or implementation roles. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project and JIRA. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
