Early Intervention Occupational Therapist Job Overview: At Beanstalk Academy, we are dedicated to helping children grow, develop, and thrive during their most important early years. Our team provides high-quality, family-centered early intervention services in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are passionate about empowering both our clinicians and the families we serve. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services to children ages 0-3. Compensation : [$55-$70 per 30min session] Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to children ages 0-3
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Address fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, self-help, and developmental skills
- Implement evidence-based, play-based therapeutic interventions
- Educate and coach parents/caregivers to support skill carryover in daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with EI guidelines
- Participate in meetings
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required
- Current NYS licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in pediatrics or early intervention preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and sensory integration principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with early intervention (ages 0-3)
- Familiarity with IFSPs and family-centered service models
- Flexible scheduling
- Services provided in-home and/or daycare
- Supportive, collaborative team environment
