Advancing Potential. Position Summary LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention Program in Ocean County. This part-time position provides occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and multiple physical disabilities in a home-based setting as part of a collaborative transdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment services to children from birth through age three Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support developmental goals Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide family-centered services Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner Participate in transdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development Support children and families through education, coaching, and community-based intervention Maintain compliance with Early Intervention guidelines and agency standards Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics Required Qualifications Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team Must pass required background clearances and screenings What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Competitive hourly compensation Meaningful mission-driven work Supportive team environment Opportunities for leadership and growth Collaborative interdisciplinary teams Sick time benefits Onsite childcare available in Monmouth County We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
