Occupational Therapist - Early Intervention

Little Masters Development Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Early Intervention team. This role involves providing home-based occupational therapy services to children ages 0–3 throughout New York City. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping young children build the foundational skills needed for everyday activities while partnering with families in their natural environments. Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program in their homes and community settings Conduct individualized evaluations and therapy sessions based on each child's developmental needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the child's multidisciplinary team Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support developmental progress during daily routines Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required Early Intervention paperwork Support the development of fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, self-help, play, and adaptive skills Qualifications: Current New York State Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Experience working with the pediatric population preferred Early Intervention experience is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Bilingual providers are encouraged to apply What We Offer: Consistent home-based caseloads throughout all five boroughs Flexible scheduling Administrative, billing, and compliance support Collaborative multidisciplinary team Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding Early Intervention program We are looking for clinicians who are: Compassionate, engaging, and dedicated to helping young children thrive Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Strong communicators and team players Passionate about early childhood development Comfortable traveling to clients' homes and providing services in a child's everyday environment
