Manager, Strategy and Operations
Johnson & Johnson
Manager overseeing strategic planning, business operations, and organizational effectiveness for the Strategy, Portfolio & Operations group within Innovative Medicine. The role translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, supports executive leadership alignment, and drives cross-functional execution across global regulatory operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and track strategic priorities and annual business objectives for the organization
- Translate leadership goals into measurable milestones and execution roadmaps with risk monitoring
- Partner with leadership to coordinate planning activities, meetings, strategy sessions, and executive communications
- Lead governance processes including operating rhythms, reporting, quarterly reviews, and priority-setting
- Support RODI strategic initiatives and special cross-functional projects addressing emerging business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, portfolio management, or project management
- Demonstrated effectiveness in matrixed global environments
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Proven stakeholder management and influence capabilities
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
