We're Hiring: Wound Care Nurse (RN)!

Location : Rosedale Health & Rehab | Richmond, VA
Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift

What You’ll Do:

• Assess, monitor, and treat acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, and post-op sites

• Collaborate with IDT to develop individualized care plans

• Document treatments and outcomes thoroughly

• Educate staff and patients on wound prevention and care best practices

• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

What You Bring:

• Current RN (VA)

• Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, or willingness to obtain) preferred

• Skilled nursing experience a plus!

• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Passion for patient care and a healing touch
