In this role, you will guide discerning customers through the discovery of their ideal high‑performance or luxury vehicle, create memorable ownership experiences, and cultivate long‑term relationships in a sophisticated, tech‑forward environment. Guide clients through the purchase process with elegance and transparency — closing deals while upholding a consultative, pressure‑free approach. Build lasting relationships through thoughtful follow‑up, personalized communication, and exceptional service that generates repeat business and referrals among an upscale clientele. Stay current on new model launches, exclusive features, promotions, and luxury industry trends. Qualifications Prior automotive or luxury retail sales experience preferred (we provide robust training for motivated professionals with strong high‑end customer service backgrounds). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — polished in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms. Genuine passion for luxury and performance vehicles and helping discerning clients find their ideal drive. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to succeed at a high level. Professional, outgoing presence with a team‑first mindset and eagerness to learn. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and select holidays.
