Medical Director / Attending Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide exceptional care across local skilled nursing facilities in Gallaway, Tennessee. This part-time opportunity offers outstanding scheduling flexibility, a collaborative practice environment, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of post-acute and long-term care patients.

Position Highlights:

Part-time schedule serving local skilled nursing facilities

Physicians typically cover each facility 1–2 days per week

No fixed daily start or end times

No call responsibilities

No overnight shifts

18 – 25 visits per day

Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation

Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
