A focus on mentoring others, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, superb interpersonal skills and technical acuity are keys to success!Responsibilities/Expectations:Utilizes expertise, analyzes and develops long-term solutions to IT needs through developing new or modifying existing applicationsReviews systems requirements and business processes; mentors others on codes, tests, debugs and implements software applicationsExecutes projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testingCollaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processesRecommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirementsProvides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader teamOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of eight (8) years' IT experiencePreferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years' IT experienceOther Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityNeeds basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skillsWhy Tulsa?
