Voice Capital backs scale-up stage science and technology companies solving the planet hardest problems, helping them cross the chasm through Cultural Alpha — a network of tier-one talent partners from film, music, and sports aligned with equity and deployed against specific commercial milestones.The thesis: the critical constraint on world-changing science is adoption, not invention. The fund is in pre-launch, targeting first close in 2026. The concept has been incubated and tested inside APAC top deeptech VC, and the founding team combines institutional investment rigor with deep cultural and entertainment networks.Key responsibilities include holding a seat on the Investment Committee and GP Board, sourcing, leading, and shepherding US deals in the $5-15M ticket range, co-shaping portfolio construction, sector focus, team culture, supporting the inaugural fundraise, and representing Voice Capital to US LPs.Sector focus areas include Planetary Health (energy transition, circular economy, sustainable materials, physical AI) and Societal Health (physical and mental health, healthspan, nutrition, food systems, learning, AI safety).Ideal candidates have 10+ years in growth-stage tech investing with meaningful deep-tech exposure, a track record of leading deals and serving on boards, analytical rigor built from first principles, and comfort with complex scientific and engineering domains.Apply for this Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
