The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Partner to join our founding team . This is a Partner‑level role with equity ownership in the management company and a meaningful share of carry in our future funds.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Track Record in Growth‑Stage Investing You’ll bring direct experience leading and managing Series B+ investments, ideally with a later‑stage VC or growth equity fund . Your track record should include successful exits , with clear attribution to your role in those deals .
• Institutional Credibility You should have experience raising institutional capital, particularly from superannuation funds, sovereign wealth funds, or family offices. You’ll understand what institutional LPs look for in a fund team and investment process.
• Deep Network in the Global Tech Ecosystem You are respected by founders, co‑investors, and institutional LPs, and you know how to unlock deal flow across the region’s top technology companies.
• Operational Insight and Hands‑On Approach Beyond capital, Remarkable Ventures offers real operational support to our portfolio companies. Ideally, you’ve been on the tools yourself —as a founder, operator, or board member—helping companies scale from Series B to successful exit.
• Global Mindset While our focus is New Zealand and Australia, our companies scale globally. International investment and capital markets experience—especially in the US, Europe, Asia‑Pacific, or the Middle East —will be highly valued.
