THE GIST:

Our client is a unique, founder-focused venture capital firm creating an exceptional residential experience for entrepreneurs in San Francisco. They are looking for a proactive, high-judgment Executive Assistant to support their leadership team. This role oversees scheduling, travel, logistics, events, and day-to-day coordination. This is a role for someone who genuinely loves being an EA, expertly anticipates needs, manages up, follows through relentlessly, and takes ownership rather than waiting to be asked.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Support a group of General Partners and leadership team members across complex calendars, travel, scheduling, logistics, and special projects.
• Act as a true right hand to the leadership team—anticipating needs, solving problems, and taking work off their plates
• Own scheduling and coordination across multiple executives, priorities, time zones, and stakeholders.
• Manage travel logistics, retreats, meetings, events, and other high-touch experiences.
• Coordinate the flow of information and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and delegate personal assistant-related tasks for one of the Partners, working closely with their dedicated PA.
• Be comfortable operating in a highly dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly and the path forward isn’t always defined.
• Operate at a high level of pace and availability during certain times of the year; between programs, the workload becomes significantly lighter, offering more flexibility to work remotely and/or take time off

 

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Experience supporting founders, investors, executives, or leadership teams in a startup, venture capital, or similarly fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
• Willing to attend Friday evening events during program periods and flexible to work outside traditional business hours when needed.
• Highly proactive and naturally anticipatory.
• Excellent communicator with strong judgment and discretion.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and a startup-style environment.
• Warm, polished, resourceful, and comfortable interacting with founders, investors, and a wide range of personalities.
• You thrive in environments that are fast-moving and entrepreneurial rather than highly corporate.

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Mainly onsite - with flexibility to WFH depending on executive needs)

 

COMPENSATION: $130k - 140k base salary + housing stipend + benefits + perks (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
