Alignment Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated Bilingual Health Coach & Educator to provide in-home support, wellness coaching, and health education to members throughout Maricopa County, Arizona. In this highly field-based role, you'll build trusted relationships with members, caregivers, and families while helping individuals adopt healthier habits, access community resources, and improve their overall well-being. If you enjoy working independently, connecting with people face-to-face, and making a direct impact in your community, we'd love to meet you. *Applicants must be comfortable conducting daily in-home visits and traveling throughout Fresno, CA. Provide wellness coaching and health education to support behavior change and healthier lifestyles. Connect members with community resources and social services. Deliver health education materials to members, caregivers, and families. Primarily field-based role with daily local travel. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PST. Mileage reimbursement provided from door-to-door travel. Bilingual Spanish, must be able to write, read, speak Minimum 1+ year of experience as a wellness health coach or educator Reliable personal transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Ability to work independently and remotely. Strong communication, organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of health, wellness, nutrition, exercise, and behavior change principles. Bachelor's degree Medical Assistant License Why Alignment Health?
