Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.00/hour
Shift:
3-2-2 Schedule –  Nights 6:00 pm to 6:00 am

What’s a typical day as a Production Worker? You’ll be:

• Preparing products for shipment according to product guidelines and customer requirements, including cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating, and stacking
• Working in a safe and efficient manner using required personal protective equipment and following all safety guidelines
• Reading and understanding product-related documents, quality alerts, safety alerts, standard work documents, customer option sheets, and quality objectives
• Cleaning, trimming, and assembling components using hand tools, ensuring proper fit, form, and function
• Maintaining a continuous cycle of production and packaging to keep workstations clear and efficient
• Ensuring the highest quality of finished products for customer satisfaction
• Training new and current employees and assisting other departments as needed
• Actively participating in Continuous Improvement, 5S, and STW activities
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Have experience working in a manufacturing environment (1 year)
• Are able to work a 3-2-2 schedule, days or nights (12-hour shifts)

• Are able to read, understand, and follow written instructions and standard work documents
• Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and contributing to continuous improvement
