Director, US Patient Marketing

Cytokinetics seeks a Director of US Patient Marketing to lead comprehensive patient media strategy, analytics, and marketing technology initiatives. This director-level role manages the full media ecosystem, performance measurement, and cross-functional partnerships to drive patient engagement and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end patient media strategy, planning, buying, and budget management across all channels
- Define audience strategies using claims data, behavioral insights, and first-party data targeting
- Design and govern KPI frameworks connecting digital engagement to patient outcomes
- Develop dashboards and performance reporting integrated with CRM, web, and claims-based data
- Lead evaluation and scaling of emerging marketing technologies and automation capabilities
Requirements
- 10+ years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare marketing experience
- 4+ years US pharmaceutical brand marketing experience
- 2+ years leading patient media in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Communications, or related field
- Strong background in media analytics, attribution, testing, and performance optimization
- Experience in regulated industries with MLR review processes
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills
Compensation: $225,000-$262,500 base
