Director, HEOR -Inflammation

Director-level position leading health economics and outcomes research strategies for inflammation products at Gilead Sciences. Develops global HEOR programs to support clinical development, marketing, and market access initiatives while partnering across functions to optimize product value demonstration and reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global HEOR strategies and programs for inflammation products supporting commercialization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop product value propositions optimizing access and reimbursement
- Identify evidence gaps and design studies, models, and tools demonstrating product value and differentiation
- Provide HEOR input to clinical development programs and guide patient-reported outcome strategies
- Maintain awareness of regulatory issues, manage KOL relationships, and disseminate HEOR findings
Requirements
- 12+ years pharmaceutical industry and/or managed care experience with direct HEOR involvement
- Strong technical expertise in HEOR study and model design and execution
- Experience developing global and AMCP dossiers
- Comprehensive understanding of US and global healthcare systems, reimbursement processes
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related discipline; advanced HEOR degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in inflammatory therapeutics and/or US managed care environment
Compensation: Bay Area: $226,185–$292,710 base; Other US locations: $205,615–$266,090 base
