We partner closely with leaders across the business to build high-performing organizations, develop exceptional talent, and scale the company through periods of rapid transformation. We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support leaders across our Sales and Sales Operations & Strategy organization. You’ll partner directly with senior leaders to shape org strategy, lead transformation initiatives, and build the structures, processes, and teams that enable scale. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of a rapidly scaling Sales organization. You’ll work directly with ambitious leaders, influence critical business decisions, and play a meaningful role in how the company evolves as we continue to grow.We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our office in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.What You'll DoServe as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders on organizational effectiveness, team performance, leadership coaching, and talent strategyPartner with newly appointed leaders to assess team structure and performance, and design high performing organizations that scale effectivelyUse data and insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and influence business decisionsBuild and drive talent initiatives across performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership developmentProvide guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally sound resolutionsHelp leaders navigate ambiguity, growth, and change while maintaining a high-performance cultureLead and support organizational transformation work including org design, workforce planning, change management, and operating model evolutionWhat You Bring6+ years of HRBP or People Business Partner experience, ideally supporting high-growth GTM or Sales organizationsStrong experience partnering with senior leaders through organizational change, transformation, and scaling challengesDemonstrated success leading org design and organizational effectiveness initiativesAbility to influence at all levels of the organization with sound judgment and strong business acumenAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate people data into actionable recommendationsThrives in an environment where People Partners take broad ownership across talent, leadership, and organizational initiatives rather than relying on specialized COEsBachelor’s degree required. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity.
