Clinical Practice Manager - LPN required, RN preferred

Job Summary Compensation: $85,000 The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for the overall day‑to‑day administration of assigned clinic or clinics. This includes managing processes and ensuring that the practice runs smoothly on a day‑to‑day basis. The Clinical Practice Manager collaborates with the leadership team to deploy and manage business processes within the organization. Role and Responsibilities Assist with routine HR tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, and 401(k). Manage day‑to‑day operations in the front office. Ensure faxes and phone calls are answered in a timely manner. Handle general accounts payable tasks in coordination with accounting. Assist providers in obtaining supplies and other necessary resources that are needed in the field. Assist with claims clarification issues. Act as the primary SuperUser for all current Electronic Medical Records in use. Assist with data compilation and analytics. Manage supplies, including orders from McKesson and Amazon. Oversee daily clinical operations, patient care services, and staff management. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements LPN or RN required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. At least two years’ professional experience in the healthcare field. Knowledge and skills related to managing day‑to‑day operations for an organization. Ability to communicate proficiently through technology and maintain accurate notes and records. Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner. Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with others. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all medical, financial, and legal information. Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
