Front Desk Assistant (2 week temp coverage)

A well-established organization is seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Assistant to support daily office operations for a two week vacaion coverage and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  
  



• 
  Provide front desk reception and customer service support.
  
  



• 
  Perform basic clerical and administrative tasks.
  
  



• 
  Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries.
  
  



• 
  Maintain professional and effective communication with customers and team members.
  
  



• 
  Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
  



• 
  Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
  
  



• 
  Basic computer proficiency.
  
  



• 
  Strong customer service skills.
  
  



• 
  Professional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
  

Position Details

• 
  Pay: $20.00 per hour
  
  



• 
  Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  
  



• 
  Work Location: Onsite at Chanhassen offices
  
  



• 
  Dress Code: Business casual
  
  



• 
  Employment Type: Temporary contract assignment

  Duration: Two week coverage from Wednesday, July 15th through Thursday, July 30th
