We’re looking for a hardworking and dependable Dishwasher / Prep Cook to support our back-of-house operations. This is a fast-paced role where your attention to cleanliness and preparation directly impacts the success of every shift.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness of floors, trash areas, sinks, and prep stations
Assist with basic food prep and ingredient organization
Properly store clean equipment and utensils
Help receive and put away inventory deliveries
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills:

Must be at least 18 years of age
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability REQUIRED
Previous kitchen experience preferred, but training provided for the right candidate
Spanish speaking is a plus
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
