Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator – Forest Park (Atlanta), GA Established in 1952, FELLFAB ® engineers and manufactures innovative products from technical and specialized textiles. We believe in establishing long-term relationships based on providing purpose‑built solutions. We are seeking a Program Coordinator . The successful candidate will provide support and bridge the gap between Customers and the FELLFAB ® Sales and Operational teams to successfully deliver our products to Customers in a timely manner. Responsibilities Assist the Sales Team with customer follow‑up and inquiries, ensuring timely, uninterrupted service and that all customer requirements are met. Provide internal backup to Sales through the provision of data and responses to departmental inquiries. Ensure documentation records are maintained for all customers. Ensure continuous communication of customer information to all internal departments. Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed. Aligning program activities with the organization’s goals and mission statements. Prepare informative progress reports and presentations as needed. Requirements Post‑Secondary Education in a business‑related field of study. Strong decision making and problem‑solving skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically MS Word and Excel) Ability to: Manage multiple programs at any given time. Work under pressure with minimal supervision. Communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation. Work independently and as part of a larger team. Take initiative, recommend solutions, and assist other departments as necessary. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. This position requires a criminal background check.
