The Digital Products:

Their AI is embedded directly into workflows. While they have 3 core, already profitable products - the product you will be overseeing is their Patient care / coordination tool: Enables patient follow-up coordination by identifying actionable findings and closing the loop on care

Their follow-up platform is already improving completion rates, catching serious conditions earlier, and driving measurable financial outcomes for health systems.

Our follow-up business has proven product-market fit: recurring revenue, strong pipeline, and clear clinical and financial impact. Now it needs focused leadership to scale.

Without dedicated ownership, it risks losing momentum—slower execution, diluted focus, and missed patient outcomes. With the right leader, it becomes a core pillar of the company and the standard for closing the loop on radiology findings.

The Role:

You will act as a General Manager / Head of Core Product of this business line—owning strategy, execution, and results. You'll lead a cross-functional team and operate a "startup within a startup," aligning product, engineering, clinical, and go-to-market into a cohesive, high-performing unit.

You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to turn real-world needs into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the P&L, strategy, roadmap, and business performance
• Align product, engineering, and clinical realities
• Lead and scale a cross-functional team
• Drive customer adoption, outcomes, and ROI
• Operate with founder-level ownership and urgency

You're a Fit If You:

• Have scaled a product or business line with clear ownership of revenue and outcomes
• Have operated as a General Manager, founder, Head of Product, VP of Product or P&L owner
• Lead high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Experience building "startup within a startup" teams
• Experience in healthcare or health-tech
