Associate Master Data Analyst

Zimmer Biomet's Paragon 28 company is seeking an Associate Master Data Analyst to manage and maintain accurate master data within their SAP ERP system. The role involves ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across supply chain operations at the Englewood, Colorado location.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain master data in SAP ERP system with high accuracy
- Follow established data quality standards and collection processes
- Research, analyze, and remediate master data issues affecting reporting
- Perform data quality audits to ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on process development and control improvements
Requirements
- Four-year degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from technical school
- 2+ years of master data management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data query tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- SAP ERP experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on technical processes
Compensation: $47,000 - $88,000 USD annually depending on skills and experience
