What You'll Learn & Do Work alongside Project Managers and Superintendents on active construction projects Assist with project coordination and daily operations Track project costs, quantities, RFIs, submittals, and documentation Help manage schedules, change orders, and project reporting Gain exposure to roadway, utility, site development, and infrastructure projects Build practical field and project management experience What We're Looking For Internship, co-op, or 1-3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or related fields Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar educational background preferred Ability to read construction plans and drawings (or willingness to learn) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry Compensation & Benefits $60,000 - $75,000 salary based on experience Employer‑paid Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Long‑term career growth opportunities Stable workload with a growing contractor Why This Role?
