Pay Rate: $22.00 - $26.00/hr on W2


Schedule: ~12 hours/day (Schedule driven by business needs)

Job Summary


The Mechanical Technician ensures the on-time delivery of equipment, drives maintenance efficiency, and improves asset utilization within the Maintenance Base (MB). Responsibilities include performing equipment maintenance via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), adhering to safety and reliability standards, participating in continuous improvement and failure investigation initiatives, and maintaining accurate transactional records.


Key Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment per maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance strategies using standard work and CMMS.
• Ensure transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems (recording labor, materials, supplies, work orders, and maintenance history).
• Comply with all TLM Product Line standards and Competency Management Systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce asset turnaround time, downtime, and Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD).
• Support efficiency projects, such as planned parts repair and reuse, and participate in failure investigations.

Qualifications & Requirements


Required Experience & Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in any industry (e.g., construction, mechanics, military).
• Experience working with tools, equipment, or machinery.
• Proficiency with basic and pneumatic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, and Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience

• Experience with hydraulic systems and pressurized equipment.
• Oil & gas or related industry background.
• Inspection experience (e.g., NDE inspector background).

Soft Skills

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional behavior in a diverse workplace.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and collaborate effectively.

Additional Details

• Training: NEST training will likely be conducted in Kellyville, OK.
• Interview Process: In-person interview required (may include a shop tour; candidates are encouraged to wear appropriate PPE like steel-toe boots).
