Were hiring a Bilingual Client Experience Specialist to support clients in a fast-paced, professional environment. Youll take ownership of questions and concerns, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure clients receive clear communication and complete solutions.

What Youll Do

• Respond to incoming client calls and emails
• Troubleshoot account, administrative, and system-related concerns
• Communicate processes, timelines, and next steps clearly
• Create and manage service tickets through resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation and client account notes
• Partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Follow up consistently to ensure a strong client experience

What Were Looking For

• Bilingual English and Spanish skills strongly preferred
• Customer service, call center, administrative, banking, or financial services experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfort navigating multiple systems and priorities
• Professional, dependable, and solution-focused approach

Work Arrangement: Four days on-site and one day remote

Training: Five days on-site during the initial training period

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
