Job Title: Customer Service Representative (PART TIME - 20 hours per week)

Location (city, state): Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00/hour

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of customer service, administrative support, or related office experience preferred
• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience using Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, and basic Excel skills
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing processes
• Comfortable learning new software systems and workflows

Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a well-established construction organization. This part-time contract opportunity supports customer communication, scheduling coordination, administrative tasks, and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to provide a high level of customer support while working closely with internal teams and field personnel.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a collaborative office environment, managing customer requests, coordinating schedules, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Work Schedule:

• Contract position (6 months with potential opportunity to convert)
• Part-time: 20 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule with a 30-minute lunch

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels
• Respond to customer requests and coordinate repair/service scheduling
• Communicate updates with customers, field teams, and internal departments
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate daily work activities
• Support administrative tasks related to job tracking and documentation
• Assist with basic job costing, invoice tracking, and purchase order processes
• Maintain accurate records and update information within company systems
• Monitor shared inboxes and ensure requests are routed appropriately
• Provide translation support when needed
• Assist with general office support and special projects
