Responsibilities

Act as the initial point of contact for our policyholders, helping them resolve questions about their coverage with patience and clarity.

Process policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately to ensure our clients always have the right protection.

Review existing policies during renewal periods to identify gaps and suggest better-suited alternatives for our clients.

Document client interactions and service requests in our digital management system to keep records current and accurate.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from initial purchase to ongoing account management.

Participate in team discussions to share feedback from clients and help us improve our service standards.

Requirements

Active Arizona Property Casualty Insurance License a plus.

Three or more years of experience in a customer-facing role within the insurance sector.

Deep familiarity with insurance policy structures and coverage nuances.

Solid proficiency using agency management software and standard office suites.

Clear and empathetic communication style for phone and email interactions.

Strong organizational habits to manage daily inquiries and documentation needs.
