Work you'll do As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth and Transformation on the Insurance Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end group insurance transformation initiatives, leading Agile delivery activities, and coordinating across business and technology stakeholders to drive execution and business outcomes. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree4+ years of information technology and project management experience managing group insurance projects4+ years of experience leading end-to-end group insurance transformation, implementation, or modernization initiatives, including project plans, timelines, resource plans, budget tracking, risk management, issue management, scope management, dependency management, and status reporting4+ years of experience facilitating discovery workshops, gathering requirements, and collaborating with business, functional, and technology stakeholders for group insurance programsExperience leading Agile or scrum delivery teams and using JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio to support project execution and stakeholder communicationsAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. This compensation range is specific to Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $128,000 to $213,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
