TRC is hiring for a Quality Technician to join our clients Quality Team in Suwanee, GA!

Pay Range: $20.00$25.00/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday Friday 1st Shift
Location: On-site in Suwanee, GA

About the Work Environment

• Youll work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality, precision, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Quality Technicians work closely with production, engineering, and management to ensure products meet engineering, customer, and quality requirements.

• This position involves hands-on inspection of incoming, in-process, and finished products.

• Youll regularly work with engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, inspection documentation, and precision measuring equipment.

• Flexibility is important, as priorities may shift based on production requirements and business needs.
  

What Youll Do

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, and work instructions

• Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, height gages, and CMM

• Verify products meet engineering and quality requirements

• Conduct root cause investigations and support corrective actions

• Document inspection results, nonconformances, and other quality records

• Support containment, MRB, and nonconforming material processes

• Identify and communicate quality concerns to production and engineering teams

• Follow established safety, quality, and EHS procedures

• Adapt to changing priorities to support production and continuous improvement initiatives
  

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Proficiency with GD&THands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, height gages, and other precision measuring equipment

• CMM experience or familiarity

• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation skills

• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with production, engineering, and management

• Team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
