You'll work closely with patients and their care teams to promote functional independence, safety, and quality of life. If you're looking for a therapy position that combines professional independence, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and meaningful one-on-one patient care, this could be a great opportunity for you!Your responsibilities may include:Providing skilled occupational therapy interventions under the direction of an Occupational TherapistTraining patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)Recommending and training patients in the use of appropriate adaptive equipment under the direction of the Occupational TherapistMonitoring patient progress and reporting changes to the supervising Occupational TherapistCollaborating with Occupational Therapists, physical therapists, nurses, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and other members of the care teamCompleting accurate and timely electronic documentationHome care offers a unique opportunity to get to know your patients and make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
