Construction Project Manager

Job Title Technical Recruiter at SNI Technology Contact: View phone number on click.appcast.io | View email address on click.appcast.io Location North Carolina, United States Base Pay Range $52.00/hr - $54.00/hr Key Responsibilities Own construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget Develop, deploy, train, and support standardized project management methodologies Define project scope, roles, responsibilities, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Act as the owner’s representative during construction meetings and site visits Track project progress, risks, issues, and variances; provide regular status and site visit reports Review contractor schedules, pay applications, submittals, and proposed subcontractors Identify issues early and drive resolution through appropriate escalation and change control processes Enforce effective change management to prevent scope creep and minimize change orders Maintain detailed project documentation throughout the project lifecycle Promote collaboration and effective communication among internal teams, contractors, and vendors Apply lessons learned from prior projects to improve future project outcomes Reporting Relationship Reports to the Construction Program and Team Manager Qualifications Over 5 years of construction project management experience on complex projects Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously PMP certification preferred Required Skills & Knowledge Strong knowledge of PMBOK and project management best practices Experience developing and managing project plans using MS Project and related tools Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules Strong experience with project metrics, reporting, and trend analysis Ability to assess scope changes and communicate impacts to budget, schedule, and risk Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with MS Project, Visio, CAD, and CAFM systems Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Project Management Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr SNI Companies
