Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global Professional Recruiter at Insight Global Job title: Construction Project Manager Contract Type : Direct Placement/Permanent Working Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, flexible with WFH days, otherwise will be boots in the ground at job sites, attending client meetings/lunches Start Date: ASAP JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is searching for an APM/PM to oversee multi-family construction projects in the Raleigh region— from design through closeout. This person will be the lead guy in the Raleigh market and will oversee sites operations, and serve as the critical link between field, office, and ownership. Supervise and support onsite superintendents. Lead communication with officials, vendors, and on-site staff - Build and manage project budgets in partnership with the Development team. Estimate time, materials, labor, and other resources. Evaluate subcontractor capabilities and resource needs. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues in collaboration with engineers and senior leadership Track change orders and project costs, reporting to leadership and accounting. Oversee project close-out tasks: punch lists, payments, lien waivers, and documentation. Ensure compliance with all codes, best practices, and internal policies Prepare and present progress reports. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 4-8 yrs of experience as an APM/PM working on commercial/or large multifamily projects Affordable housing, Student housing, Senior living, Hotels, Apartments, Condos. No Duplexes or independent townhouses, or luxury residential homes Would take an APM w 4 yrs of exp, happy to make their official title PM if they're interested in title change Will take more jr people for lower pay rate Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, etc. Flexibility to travel to project sites on short notice Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Talent for problem-solving, cost control, and meeting deadlines Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Management Other Industries Construction Building Construction Housing and Community Development #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
