Multi-Family Property Operations Coordinator
Vintage Realty Company
Vintage Realty Company in Gonzales, LA seeks a motivated assistant to support the Multi-Family Property Manager. You will handle income collection, maintain resident records, update rents, deposits, and fees, and issue notices for late payments.
You will inspect models and vacant units, assist with lease renewals, answer calls, show units, process work orders, and help with market surveys. Strong computer skills and teamwork are essential.
