ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a billing coordinator comfortable in a fast-paced environment to support our growing HVAC/Plumbing Service Operations Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating and processing invoices Document content review Quoted and Time and Material Review processed work orders for accuracy and detail Work with customers and internal Sales Engineers to support any customized billing requirements Work within multiple customer portal applications Communicate with service technicians, sales engineers, and internal personnel on a regular basis Communicate with customers via email and phone A/R management and support of operations team members within the operations group

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
