This is an overnight position working Monday - Friday, 11:00p - 7:30am. However, the incumbent may need to train on 1st shift hours.Position Duties and Responsibilities:Adherence to production time sensitive disciplinesSet and maintain processing equipment within operational parametersMeet or exceed expected output targets and metricsRead blueprints and comprehend the English instruction documents and engineering notes to take individual/specific action to produce precisely designed productsRead and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, to verify count, and to verify qualityPerform basic preventative maintenance on equipmentStrict compliance to all safety and quality guidelinesFollow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes to accommodate for Hot Orders and customer requirementsWork closely with others in a team environmentDemonstrate a strong, customer-focused cultureOperate with a true sense of urgencyExact adherence to process requirementsEssential Knowledge and Skills:Ability to follow written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the jobAbility to perform detailed workAbility to perform basic arithmeticAbility to lift up to 30 pounds without strainingAbility to stand throughout shiftEducation and Experience:Education:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredDesired Experience:Previous experience in process and/or printed circuit board manufacturing is a plusKnowledge and/or previous experience in the use of circuit board terminologyPrevious experience in the use of CNC machinery, measurement and inspection tools to include magnification, scopes, eye loops, calipers, gauges, etc.Knowledge and experience of Lean Principles and/or continuous improvement preferredCompensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:$36,214 - $57,241Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
