About the Role Restaurant Team Member – Panera Bread. The role is the heart of hospitality, bringing warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction while supporting the bakery‑cafe’s growth and serving local communities. Responsibilities Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches accurately and efficiently. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay on the move and adapt to daily priorities with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift. Work in various areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, and QC as needed. Qualifications Minimum age 16+ with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Clear communication skills and the ability to follow directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creating moments of comfort, connection, and joy. Experience thriving in a fast‑paced environment and multitasking with ease. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law).
